DIVISION HEAD Electrical Market Division (DH-EMD
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for Planning, Organizing, leading and Controlling sales and marketing activities for the purpose of achieving and developing company's short term and long term objectives including Sales, profit, managing sustainable growth, managing products/business portfolio, managing advertising & promotional activities, managing distributions as well as controlling business spending.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering
- Holding Master Degree in Business will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years combination sales & marketing experience in Electronic OEM, utilities, power, cables or Electrical Engineering products.
- Possess strong analytical, technical, problem solving, presentation and communication skill.
- Excellent networking with PLN project and Distributor type of Business.
- Good Technical capabilities for Medium Voltage range Jointing and Terminating product portfolio (system level).
