BUYER
Placement : Tanjung Batu, Balikpapan

To be responsible for coordinating day to day procurement activities including supplier management, purchasing, logistic and material transportation and POSB warehouse.

Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor degree in accounting/ economy, preferably from reputable university
  • Min. 3 year working experience in related sector
  • Familiar with financial management system (budgeting, costing and forecasting)
  • Has good personality and excellent communication skill
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Has good skill on Microsoft Office program and other computer application program will be preferred
  • Time manageable and target oriented
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify data MR completeness and return uncompleted or unapproved MR to Originator
  • Monitor material delivery to ensure the goods / materials delivery times are conform with delivery date on PO
  • Source quotation to vendor for direct Purchase MR
  • Check Out standing and received closed in the system if document or invoice available
  • Conduct vendor assessment, review supplier performance and maintain record properly in order to manage supplier track record
  • Etc.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and organize documents of new hire and personnel file and keep its confidentiality to ensure that all relevant data for new hires are maintained in a systematic database and easy to find various purpose of personnel data
  • Prepare and process documents and forms necessary for the implementation of various Human Resources policies, program, plans, procedures and practices in order to ensure all form and document are complete for filling
  • Develop administration support to all employees (employees letter and reference) to ensure employees right and benefit based on company procedure
  • Input data, update, record changes, and may generate reports in order to maintain information on HRIS
  • Administer program in a variety of functional Human Resources areas (recruitment, people development, HRIS, medical, and payroll) in order to provide administration support to HR team

Requirements:
  • Diploma Administration with 2 years experiences to the job, Senior High school with 5 years experiences the job administration

HSE SUPERINTENDENT

To focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.


Requirements:
  • Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering
  • 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area
  • Formal training in Safety and Risk Management
  • Able to travel from time to time if required
  • Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and regulations in order to support company s operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner
  • Maintain and improve HSE management system, including inspection system, HSE audit system, in order to support HSE programs implementation effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinate with all Project managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs
Develop check list, inspection and workshop standards, monitor and analysis of information and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain HSE statistic records in PHASES system and presenting the trend analysis from the statistic to ensure HSE database are updated and analysed
  • Improve and evaluate all areas of risk assessment, hazard management, project HSE systems and training within business unit by regular visit and developing initiatives to ensure the project response or control in their project HSE risk
  • To support HSE performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body
  • Continuously monitor HSE practices within operations and evaluate performance or the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve the program within time

  • Understanding of HSE principle using common sense practices in all aspect of Base operation

  • Diploma degree with 10 years experiences in relevant sector
  • Has QA/QC wire rope certificate, ASNT NDT certificate minimum level III

  • Having AK3 Specialist Alat Angkut from Depnaker
  • Has good personality and excellent communication skill
