HSE Coordinator (HSE)

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

•  Assist Management Representative in ensuring the implementation of integrated management system (IMS) comply with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Plan, conduct & ensuring HSE induction & socialization at office and project site promote safety awareness in all area of company monitor, evaluate & ensuring HSE implementation comply with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements coordinate HSE report, analyze and make a HSE report analyze non conformance and identify improvement program for integrated management system as an iso-secretariat team member, supporting IMS champion in IMS implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 Engineering or OSH faculty
• Minimum 3 years in Health, Safety and Environment Management role, and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to HSE management
• Having an experience as QHSE Auditor will be an advantage
• Understand how to make a HIRARC, HSE statistic, HSE documented procedure
• Understanding on OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 requirements, and HSE regulation is a MUST Understanding on ISO 9001:2000 is an advantage
• Good Computer literate (MS Office, MS-Visio)
• Safety minded, efficient, creative, innovative, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and system oriented, have an excellent communication skill to all level
