- Bisa dan mahir mengoperasikan MicroSoft Office
- Mengerti tentang management material dan inventory control, SCM, MRP dan Perencanaan Produksi
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikatif, proaktif dan bisa bernegosiasi
- Mempunyai sifat teliti, ulet, inisiatif dan cepat tanggap
- Diutamakan yang sudah berpengalaman
